The Factory and tooling.

The plant located in the heart of Scandinavia, uses the latest technology in production .
Plans made in Autocad® Architecture are analyzed one last time to check compatibility with the latest standards of wood-frame construction .

Once the plans are validated, the information is transmitted to the German digital cutting machine " Hundegger ", which is the reference in this technique.
The cutting process is extremely precise  (about one tenth of a millimeter) and the mounting precision exceptionnal. The wood is cut and used for the assembly of walls and dividers. This is done on a flat frame and perfectly aligned. These parts are then transported by truck to the site for quick assembly and huge time savings on site.

It is important to know that the wood used comes from forests lying around the factory and are bred for this purpose. Thus Eco Building can ensure the certification of timber resources used.
